Taylor Vaughn, PA-C

Taylor Vaughn grew up in Overland Park, KS and always dreamed of becoming a PA. She attended the University of Kansas where she graduated summa cum laude from the Honors College with a BS in Cellular and Molecular Biology. Taylor then attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE and graduated with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. 

She then spent five years treating and advocating for complex hospitalized patients in the inpatient internal medicine department at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX. She found the nephrology patients to be her favorites so she pursued a change in specialty to focus on nephrology. Taylor thrives on synthesizing patient histories into streamlined treatment plans on an individualized basis and thoroughly enjoys educating patients and their families.  

While not at work, Taylor loves to travel and has visited many countries and most continents . She also enjoys spending time outdoors and taking advantage of the Rocky Mountains every season.
