Chermaine Sheyko, Chief Executive Officer

Chermaine has been in the healthcare industry for 19 years. She previously worked as the Finance Director for Children’s Eye Physicians. She also has experience in the hospital environment, working as a Senior Financial Analyst at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Chermaine has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Health Systems Management from Regis University. She also has her CMPE (Certified Medical Practice Executive) certification. Chermaine enjoys camping, hiking and mountain bike riding with her husband.

Michelle Price, Senior HR Manager

Michelle has about 20 years of experience working in Human Resources supporting  business operations in various industries including the legal field, natural gas, and industrial distribution.  She has worked with employee groups with as few as 30 employees up to global organizations with over 8,000 employees.  Michelle has an MBA from Florida Atlantic University as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from the Florida Institute of Technology and has been PHR certified for over 15 years.  Michelle and her husband have two young children who keep them busy, and in any spare time that is available she enjoys cooking and fitness.

Trisha Gray, Clinic Operations Manager

Trisha has been in the health care industry for 17 years. She is experienced in administrative business operations, process development, EMR applications, and providing a vital role in strategic planning with a focus on operational growth and profit. One of her passions is striving towards continuous improvement. She has developed her management skills through experience in many specialty areas including primary care, internal medicine, OBGYN, orthopedics, oncology, ENT, cardiovascular, physical therapy, general surgery, and behavioral health.

Tracy Moore, Billing and Revenue Cycle Manager

Tracy has been in the medical field for 14 years and she’s a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative. She was most recently the Business Office Manager with Interventional Orthopedics at Centeno-Schultz Clinic and prior to that held a similar position with an Oncology practice. She has about ten years of experience in dialysis with Renal Ventures Management in various positions including AR Manager and Director of Revenue. Fun facts: She married my high school sweetheart, has four children and promoted to Grandma in May of 2021. In her free time she enjoys fishing, and soaking up the sun.

Kim Westerberg, RN, BSN, Acute Team Director

Kim’s nursing career started in 2004 after several years working in law enforcement and criminal justice. She graduated from the University of Colorado with a BA in Psychology/Sociology and then returned to earn a BS in Nursing. After graduating, she worked in a hospital on a medical nephrology floor and then worked as a hospice case manager. She also held management roles at home health agencies, and most recently worked as an Inpatient Case Manager and Utilization Review Nurse. Her personal interests and hobbies include spending time outside, mountain biking and skiing. She also loves to adventure travel – hiking through the Alps, the Andes, and the Himalayas, rafting the entire Grand Canyon, and heli-skiing in Alaska.
