​Four day work week and no call!! – We are recruiting highly skilled, talented, and motivated Advanced Practitioners to join our Arvada clinic location. Nephrology has experienced consistent growth over the past 20 years influenced in part by the rising number of persons with end-stage kidney failure needing dialysis and/ or renal transplantation. Work with a team of highly trained medical professionals with the premier Nephrology practice in the Denver Metro area where we practice a collaborative approach to patient care that is both challenging and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
The Advanced Practitioner will work in clinics managing chronic medical conditions as well as providing care in the outpatient dialysis clinics. You get to work closely with patients who often have complex medical needs and your care makes a difference in their health and quality of life. You will have the opportunity to stay updated with the latest advancements and incorporate them into your skill set. You can see the results of your interventions quickly, which can be incredibly gratifying. Building relationships with patients and their families, providing support during difficult times, and witnessing their progress can be deeply fulfilling. Being part of a small, compassionate team fosters a sense of camaraderie and support as you work together to provide the best possible care for your patients.

MUST HAVES
Positive attitude and fun to work with.
Ability to satisfy hospital requirements related to health and vaccination (with or without accommodation)
Advance Nurse Practitioner education (ANP) or Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C)
Valid Colorado license as a Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner on the Colorado Advanced Practice Registry. (or ability to get registered prior to start date)
Full Prescriptive Authority in the State of Colorado. (or ability to obtain this prior to start date)
HIGHLY DESIREABLE:
Clinic and Dialysis experience highly desirable
Nephrology, internal medicine or internal medicine subspecialty
2 years of experience in care of adults with chronic diseases or family medicine
WHAT DO I GET?
Starting pay is commensurate with knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
$95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year {Ability to earn more working a 5 day work week!}
