Chermaine Sheyko

Chief Financial Officer

Chermaine joins Western Nephrology with over 13 years experience in the healthcare industry. Chermaine previously worked as the Finance Director for Children’s Eye Physicians. She also has experience in the hospital environment, working as a Senior Financial Analyst at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Chermaine has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Health Systems Management from Regis University. Chermaine enjoys camping, hiking and mountain bike riding with her husband.

Debra Reynolds 

Acute Team Director

Debra has been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, with experience in managed care, disease management, healthcare management and operations, and hospice and palliative care. Prior to joining Western Nephrology Acute Team in 2013, Debra was the Executive Director for United Health Evercare Hospice and Palliative Care.  Debra’s hobbies include knitting and reading.  Debra and her husband have two children who play competitive ice hockey so much of their spare time is spent in ice rinks around the country.

David Linger

Executive Director Of Operations

David is a fourth generation Colorado native. He has over 24 year’s experience in professional healthcare operations and management, ranging from private practices to multi-site corporate for profit, non-profit and academic organizations. His experience has allowed him to manage from one to nineteen outpatient facilities, ranging from neurology, occupational medicine and rehabilitation, optometry and ophthalmology and recently, family medicine with ancillary services to including: endocrinology, diabetes education, cardiology, social work, facial plastic surgery and cosmetics. He was the sole owner of Rocky Mountain Medical Billing and Consulting, LLC.  David received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is completing his Masters in Healthcare Administration and Management specializing in Organizational Development and Change Management from Colorado State University in July 2017. His goals are to continue his education in a Doctoral Degree Program in Healthcare Management.

Kelly Rickaby

Clinic Operations Manager

Kelly has been in the medical field for 17 years with 10 years being in a healthcare management role. Her medical experience includes physician private practices, a non-profit insurance plan, and a healthcare cost containment company where she utilized her management and revenue cycle skills. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a public relations emphasis from the University of Colorado at Denver, and currently holds the following certifications through the APPC:  CPC (Certified Professional Coder) and CPPM (Certified Physician Practice Management).  Kelly has experience with AHIMA ICD-10 Train the Trainer.   In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, gardening, travel and any outdoor Colorado activities with her family.  Kelly’s philosophy when leading teams is to focus on creating a high functioning team that is able to quickly identify problems and give ideas on how to problem solve efficiently for the entire group.  She prefers a collaborative approach and encourages participation to obtain the best outcome for everyone involved.  Kelly believes it’s important to create a cohesive and positive environment for all employees so everyone feels comfortable raising concerns in a constructive and productive manner.  Relationship building, coaching, and accountability are keys to successful team building, and Kelly brings this knowledge base along with extensive experience in these specific areas.

Michelle Price

Senior HR Manager

Michelle has about 20 years of experience working in Human Resources supporting  business operations in various industries including the legal field, natural gas, and industrial distribution.  She has worked with employee groups with as few as 30 employees up to global organizations with over 8,000 employees.  Michelle has an MBA from Florida Atlantic University as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from the Florida Institute of Technology and has been PHR certified for over 15 years.  Michelle and her husband have two young children who keep them busy, and in any spare time that is available she enjoys cooking and fitness.

Jill Hoomes

Access Center Manager

Jill Hoomes
Jill has joined Western Nephrology with 18 years experience in the nursing profession. She has worked in various areas of patient care including intensive care, prep and recovery for cardiovascular and surgery patients. Jill most recently was employed by St. Anthony’s in Lakewood, and prior to that, she worked for several different hospitals including the University of Colorado Hospital, El Camino Hospital in California, Johns Hopkins Hospital in Maryland, and Tufts New England Medical Center in Massachusetts to name a few.

In addition, she brings her experience as an interventional radiology nurse. Jill has been in nursing leadership roles for seven years prior to joining Western Nephrology. Recently she graduated from Regis University with her Master of Science in Nursing Leadership. Upon graduation from Regis University, she was selected from the academic team to received the award for “Outstanding Achievement: Leadership in Nursing Management”. Jill enjoys living in Colorado with her family and experiencing all of the different activities our state has to offer.

Dawn Fenwick

Billing Manager

Dawn joins Western Nephrology with over 7 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. Dawn previously worked as a coding and billing specialist in a Pulmonary office. She also has experience in the clinic environment, working as a Patient Representative for Kaiser Permanente. Dawn is a Certified Coder and Biller through the AAPC. Dawn enjoys reading, cooking, baking, crafts, learning to snow board and spending time with her four legged fur babies.
