Chief Financial & Operating Officer

Chermaine has been in the healthcare industry for 16 years. She previously worked as the Finance Director for Children’s Eye Physicians. She also has experience in the hospital environment, working as a Senior Financial Analyst at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Chermaine has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Health Systems Management from Regis University. She also has her CMPE (Certified Medical Practice Executive) certification. Chermaine enjoys camping, hiking and mountain bike riding with her husband.

Debra Reynolds

Acute Team Director

Debra has been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, with experience in healthcare management and operations, disease management, and elder care programs. Prior to joining Western Nephrology’s acute team in 2013, Debra was the executive director for a Denver based hospice and palliative care program, and worked for a non-profit association administering healthcare focused grant programs for Denver’s indigent and homeless community.  Debra’s hobbies include knitting and reading.  Debra and her husband have a son who attends UNC and a daughter who plays D1 Women’s Ice Hockey for Union College in New York.

Michelle Price

Senior HR Manager

Michelle has about 20 years of experience working in Human Resources supporting  business operations in various industries including the legal field, natural gas, and industrial distribution.  She has worked with employee groups with as few as 30 employees up to global organizations with over 8,000 employees.  Michelle has an MBA from Florida Atlantic University as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from the Florida Institute of Technology and has been PHR certified for over 15 years.  Michelle and her husband have two young children who keep them busy, and in any spare time that is available she enjoys cooking and fitness.

Ashley Elliott

Clinic Operations Manager

Ashley has been in the medical field for 9 years and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. She’s taken several leadership courses including Coaching for Performance Improvement, Managers’ Role in Implementing Change, and Mitigating Unconscious Bias and Leadership Communication. Ashley’s previous work experience includes Practice Management for Primary Care and Urgent Care Clinics, Supervisor of Clinical Operations for sleep disorder clinics, durable medical equipment clinics, a dental sleep medicine clinic and a wellness clinic. Ashley also has medical office experience in scheduling, insurance, claims, project management and marketing.

Ashley’s management style is individualized; she prefers to reach each person in a way that best suits each individual’s personality. She believes in collaborative leadership, promoting employee engagement, and empowering co-workers to share ideas and create a better quality of work for themselves and ultimately provide superior service to patients. Ashley feels that trust is built in an atmosphere where communication is candid, setbacks are reviewed for learning purposes, and successes are shared and celebrated. Along the same ideals, she believes in developing and coaching people in a way that is aligned with organizational goals, creates an inclusive work/life balance and lowers employee turn-over.
